1 large chicken breast seasoned with salt & pepper

1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles crumbled (no seasoning packet)

1/4 c. thinly-sliced almonds

3 tbsp. roasted sunflower seeds

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

1 (10 or 12 ounce) bag broccoli slaw

1/2 small green cabbage chopped

2 green onions sliced

1 carrot, julienned

1 tbsp. chopped cilantro

For the vinaigrette:

1/2 c. vegetable or canola oil

1/4 c. rice vinegar

1/4 c. hoisin

3 tbsp. sesame oil

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tbsp. honey

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. kosher sea salt

1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

1/4 tsp. ground ginger
