A great Glutein free cake that tastes better and is much lighter than most Gluten Free desserts!! The almond flour relly helps to elevate this cake!

1 cup blanched almond flour
1/2 cup sweet rice flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Sea salt; One pinch
1 cup light brown sugar
5 Eggs medium
4 oz. light cream cheese (or butter or vegan margarine) softened
1/2 cup plain or lemon yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Lemon zest (fine grated peel); 1 fresh lemon
1 teaspoon bourbon vanilla extract or good vanilla extract
Be sure to use almond flour....also ensure the cake is cool before topping with powdered sugar! [I posted this recipe.]
