250 grams Flour (strong/course)

1 Tablespoon Flavourless oil

0.5 teaspoon Salt

0.5 Teaspoon Nutmeg

2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan

125 grams Chilled butter

1 Tablespoon Cold water


Directions

Place in food processor and blend until a crumbly dough forms.
