put roast in crockpot. (you may have to remove some bones to get it to fit) stir soup mix into water and pour over roast. Add mushroom pieces. Cook on low all day (umm.... 7 hours or longer?) or on high till done. (Im sorry i cant be more help with this part. I just cook it till it falls apart.) When beef falls into shreds, remove bones and stir (hunt down that piece of gristle and trash that). split hoagie rolls down center and dip into juices. pile meat on buns and enjoy!
