1 tablespoon avocado oil or vegetable oil

1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined

3 garlic cloves minced

1 yellow onion small-medium sized

2 carrots cut into matchsticks

4 cups napa cabbage or green cabbage cut into slices

12 ounces chow mein noodles

3 green onions cut into 2-inch pieces

2 cups bean sprouts

3 tablespoons soy sauce combine dark soy sauce and light soy sau

3 tablespoons oyster sauce

3 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine (shaoxing wine)

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon sesame oil

black pepper
