Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes until just pink. Add garlic and stir constantly for 30 seconds. Using slotted spoon, remove shrimp to platter. In the skillet, combine broth, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Boil uncovered until sauce is reduced by half. Spoon sauce over shrimp. Garnish with lemon wedges.
