Slow Cooked Lemon Chicken

Directions

Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Combine oreganpo, salt, pepper and rub over chicken. In a skillet over medium heat, brwon the chicken in butter, then transfer to a slow cooker. Add water, lemon juice, garlic, and boullion to the skillet Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken Cover and cook low for 3-4 hours Baster the chicken Add parsley Cover and cook for 15-30 minutes Server over rice.
