2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 cans Water
2 cans Chicken Breast
1 can Mushrooms
2 tbs Spicy Mustard
2 tbs Parsley
2 cups Minute Rice
Tried this tonite....it was a bit bland and had no color...rice was mushy so maybe use less water. I added garlic and pepper but to me it need something else.(not sure what?) I suggest browning the chicken first. Hubby ate 2 helpings so it tasted ok to him!
deanabittermanI've made this recipe many times ( thought I came up with it one day..... I guess not!) I've never tried it with the mustard but for those who think its a little bland I always add garlic and fresh ground black pepper. For me that really makes a difference and adds some great flavor!
BinasvWas easy to make and tasted ok. I am not sure why the mustard was added. In my opinion it was lost in the recipe and didnt add anything. Flavor was ok, but a little on the bland side.. felt like it was missing something. Im not sure I will make this version of the recipe again.
