Slow Cooker Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed and trimmed of fat, up to 8 chicken breasts

1 can healthy version cream of chicken soup

1 can healthy version cream of mushroom soup

1 tablespoons corn starch

4 tablespoons dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

paprika to taste


Directions

Lightly mist crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Pat chicken dry with a paper towel and place in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer if possible. Combine soups, corn starch, dijon mustard, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Spoon over chicken (if multiple layers of chicken, divide the sauce equally over two layers). Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Sprinkle with paprika prior to serving.

Chicken was very tender but the sauce was more like a gravy and didn't really provide much flavor
