Slow cooker Tuscan Beef Stew

Ingredients

1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup

1 can Condensed Beef Broth

1/2 cup Red Wine

2 pounds Stew Beef

14 ounce Diced Tomatoes

3 large carrots cut into 1 inch pieces

1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

2 16 ounces White beans


Directions

Mix the soup, broth, wine, beef, tomatoes, carrots and seasoning in slow cooker Cover and cook on low for 9 hours. Stir in beans. Turn heat to high and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve with egg noodles if desired.
