Smoked Salmon Dip

Ingredients

8 ounces Cream cheese

1/2 cup Cheddar cheese 1/3 of a crock

1/2 cup Light sour cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup Smoked Salmon chopped

1/3 cup Green onion sliced

1/3 cup green bell peppers chopped

1 tablespoon Dill weed chopped OR

1/2 teaspoon Dry dill weed


Directions

Allow cheese to stand at room temperature for 30 mins. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Beat cheeses, sour cream & Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Stir in smoked salmon, green onion, b ell pepper & dill weed Spoon into an 8"- 9" dish or pie plate Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with additional sour cream, green onion and pepper. Serve with bagel chips or cracker.
