Ingredients

1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 lbs fresh red snapper

1/3 cup Kalamata olives

2 1/2 tablespoons Capers

1 cup canned tomatoes

1/2 tablespoon Scallions chopped

1/2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary

1/2 tablespoon Fresh garlic, peeled minced

1/3 cup White wine


Directions

salt pepper your snapper. Salt a snapper until almost done.combined the olives, capers, tomatoes, shallots and sauteing a pan. Stir in rosemary and garlic add white wine and saute 5 minutes. Pour over snapper and bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees.
