3 tb Honey; or molasses

3 tb Soy flour

1 1/2 ts Yeast

3 tb Buckwheat flour

3 tb Cornmeal

1 1/2 tb Vital gluten; optional

1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil

1 1/8 c Whole wheat flour

1 1/8 c Water

flour equivalent: 3 1/3 cups cycle: wheat, white, sweet;timer setting: light to medium 1 1/2 lb loaf can be scaled to 1 or 2 lbs.
