Sour Cream Pancakes

Ingredients

1 c. flour

1 T. sugar

1/2 t. baking powder

1/4 t. baking soda

1/8 t. salt

1/2 c. sour cream

1 egg

1/2 c. milk

2 T. butter melted


Directions

Two bowls. First bowl, mix dry ingredients. Second bowl mix wet ingredients - I like to start with the sour cream and egg, then add milk and then melted butter. Then add wet ingredients to dry and start baking on a griddle or pan. Add chocolate chips if you'd like. 8 pancakes 135 calories each - no chocolate chips
