Ingredients

2 cups Flour

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup Sour cream

2 Large Eggs

1/2 Cup Butter

1 Tsp Baking powder

1/4 Tsp Baking soda

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Sugar Topping

2 Tsp Ground cinnamon Topping

2 Tsp Vanilla extract Topping

1/2 Cup Chopped walnuts Topping


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Batter: Mix together butter, sugar and eggs. In a seperate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, slowly folding in sour cream. Topping: Mix sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla and chopped walnuts in seperate bowl. Grease & flour bundt or 9x9 cake pan. Spread half the topping mixture on the bottom of the pan. Pour half the batter mixture into the pan, repeat with remaining topping and batter mixture. Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool for 10-15 min. Remove from pan topping side up.
