Soy Sauce (Sodium-Free)

Makes 1/2 cup. Make a double or triple batch. Keep well in the fridge in airtight container. Recipe comes from a Better Homes and Garden low sodium cookbook.

Ingredients

2 tbsp sodium-free beef bouilion

2 tsp red wine vinegar

1 tsp molasses

1/8 tsp ginger ground

1 dash black pepper

1 dash garlic powder

3/4 cup water


Directions

In a small saucepan, combine and boil gently, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup. Store in the fridge. Stir before serving.
