Ingredients

1/2 Onion chopped

4 cloves Garlic minced

1 pound Pork

1 pound Italian sausage

2 cans Tomato paste 6 cans water

1 can Tomato sauce 1 can water

1 can Tomato puree 1 can water

3 tablespoons Sugar

1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

2 teaspoons Basil

1 tablespoon Parsley

Salt and pepper

2 pounds Ground beef

1 cup Bread crumbs

1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

3 Eggs

1/2 cup Parsley

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Pepper

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1/2 cup Water or enough to make rollable

Directions

Brown onion, garlic, pork, and sausage in a little oil. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Bring to a boil and simmer 2 hours with lid on. Add meatballs and simmer 1-2 hours longer.
