Ingredients

1 cup oven-baked sweet potato skin removed

1 1/2 cup garbanzo beans drained

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons tahini

4 tablespoons grape seed oil or olive oil, walnut oil..

1/3 cup nutritional yeast optional, but can find at health food stores, or in the whole grain sections, or health sections of grocery stores

2 teaspoons agave or maple syrup

1/4 cup orange juice optional, for a zesty sweet accent of flavor

salt and spice to taste
