Ingredients

350 gram Sirloin Or Flank Steak sliced into strips, you could use thin cut steaks

6 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce

Groundnut oil

90 grams Baby Spring Onions finely sliced into strips

2 cloves Garlic minced

2 whole Red Chilli Peppers deseeded and finely chopped

1 tablespoon Ginger roots grated

200 grams broccoli Tender-Stem

2 small Red bell pepper deseeded and cut into thin strips

25 gram Basil Leaves shredded

Directions

Place the steak in a bowl and coat with half of the teriyaki marinade set aside. In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil, cook the steak in batches for 2 to 3 minutes until brown, transfer to a plate, and put to one side. Add the remaining oil to the pan, then half the spring onions, the garlic, chilli and ginger and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and peppers and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add the remaining teriyaki marinade. Cook for a further two to three minutes. Return the steak to the pan and stir in half the basil. Serve topped with the remaining spring onion and basil leaves, with steamed jasmine rice, noodles, or just plain boiled rice on the side. Serve and Enjoy!

Instead of the vegetables listed here, you can use a pack of stir-fry vegetables. [I posted this recipe.]
