0.5 kilo shrimps deveined, uncooked and peeled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion julienned
0.5 medium green bell pepper julienned
1 small carrot julienned
1 steamed rice
0.25 cup kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
0.125 cup Soy sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper shredded
1 teaspoon cornstarch (depends on how thick you want it)
Shredded cayenne pepper - dried, available at asian grocers Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce) - available at asian grocers, if not available just use soy sauce + sugar [I posted this recipe.]
