1/4 cup Ginger peeled thinly sliced

2 cloves Garlic thinly sliced

2 Red Thai Chilies+ Garnish

1 stalk, Lemongrass outer leaves removed, stalk cut into 1-inch pieces

1 Lime zest & juice + Wedges for garnish

1 tablespoon Asian fish sauce

1 teaspoon Turmeric ground

1 teaspoon Sugar

Salt kosher

1 red pepper thinly sliced

Mint leaves thinly sliced Garnish

Cilantro leaves thinly sliced Garnish

Basmati or Jasmine Rice cooked
