16 oz frozen spinach defrosted

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated

3/4 cup mozzarella shredded

1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon crushed garlic about 3 cloves

1/2 medium yellow onion small dice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 pound phyllo dough defrosted according to package instructions

1 1/2 cups butter melted
