Ingredients

1 10-12 pkg frozen chopped spinach

1 16 oz sour cream

1 cup Hellman's mayo

1 pkg Knorr vegetable recipe mix

1 8 oz can Water chestnuts drained and chopped

Directions

Place frozen spinach in saucepan and cover with water . Place uncovered saucepan on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 4 minutes. Drain in a bowl, combine cooked spinach and remaining ingredients, mixing well. Chill mixture 6-8 hours before serving.
