For the noodles:

1 large cucumber Blade C noodles trimmed

1 medium zucchini Blade C noodles trimmed

1 green bell pepper seeded, diced

1 avocado, peeled pitted and insides cubed

1 cup cooked edamame beans

1/4 upchopped cilantro

To garnish: 2 teaspoons toasted white sesame seeds
