Ingredients

1 stick butter melted

1 box jiffy corn muffin mix

1 can cream corn

1 can whole kernel corn drained

1 cup sour cream

2 eggs

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x9 casserole dish. Mix all ingredients and pour into dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
