This is a really rich, dessert that you have to make ahead for setting. There are lots of components but it will be sure to please anyone!! I love making this for my honey and will make it a Valentines Day staple.

For the Cake:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup water
For the Filling
2 lb Ricotta Cheese part skim or whole
3 lg Eggs
2 teaspoon Vanilla
3/4 cup Granulated sugar
For the Topping
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 4 oz pkg White Chocolate or Cheesecake Instant Pudding (Can also use oreo hmmm..)
1 cup Whole milk
1 Container Cool Whip Topping
1/2 bag Milk Chocolate Chips
