1 5-6 lb. 3 ribs


Directions

Place roast, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer, making sure it does not tough fat or bone. Bake at 350 for 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 145 (medium-rare) or 160 (medium). Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with new potatoes and carrots, if desired.
