1. Microwave potatoes on high for six minutes or until almost tender, in a bowl covered tightly in plastic wrap with a slit cup in wrap.
2. Sprinkle squash and steaks with salt and paper.
3. Finish potatoes on the grill; grill squash and steaks.
4. To make the chimichurri sauce: combine salt, pepper, cilantro and garlic in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Then add oil and process until smooth.
5. Service sauce with steak and veggies.
6. As a substitute, use premade pesto sauce instead of chimichurri sauce. Also, note that this recipe makes more sauce than you need for the dish, so you can have extra - it's so delish!
