I would also like to tell everyone of a superb recipe manager program (software) that has just been released yesterday called "Mega Bites". Its so easy to use and does much more than just organize recipes. It has a menu manager, a weight manager and food resources (such as a cooking dictionary, spice associations, substitutions, measurment equivalencies and nutritionl content), and more. Fried Lettuce 6. Boiled Or Steamed Rice 7. Gingered Fruit STEAMED RICE: Wash and drain the rice Cook in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain. Put the rice in a steaming tier and cook for 30 minutes. (If no steaming tier is available, use a nylon or hair sieve in a wooden ban.)
