1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon five spice powder

1/3 cup finely chopped scallions

1/2 cup rice flour for dredging

4-6 cups peanut oil for frying

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon minced scallion

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Pinch of sugar

1 teaspoon chili oil or Sriracha (optional)
