1 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

2 teaspoons cornstarch

3/4 teaspoon sugar

1/4 cup chicken broth or water

2 teaspoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons peanut or canola oil

1 large red bell pepper 6 to 8 ounces, cut in 2-inch juli
