Ingredients

1.5 cups Carrot

1.5 cups Bell pepper

1.5 Cups Green Beans

1.5 teaspoons Fresh ginger

1.5 cloves Garlic

1.5 teaspoons Olive oil

2 tablespoon Coconut aminos

0.5 cups vegetable broth


Directions

1.Heat oil in pan over medium heat; add garlic and fresh ginger 2. Cook for a quick 1 minute stirring constantly. 3. Add in green beans, carrots, bell peppers and broth. 4. Sprinkle in your coconut aminos. 5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until veggies are tender, but still crisp. 6. Remove from heat, let cool and enjoy.
