This is a cheese dip from a local restaurant that we cloned. I have gotten nothing but rave reviews from those who have tried it.

MRenee110I went to High School in Conway with Mr Stobaugh's daughter. We used to get this cheese dip for class events. I loved it so much! This recipe is as close as I've had, and I've tried many! I made some tonight. I left out the salsa and used a can of Hot Dog chili, as it has the texturized vegetable protein like the original has.
cynhaynesYou use powdered coffee creamer. I live in the town that has this restaurant and this tastes exactly like it!
Callie.HeathscottI grew up in Conway, Arkansas and eating at Stoby's was a regular trip to town. I moved to Seattle about 5 years ago and have missed having Stoby's Cheese Dip ever since. This is pretty close and tasted good. I would definately leave out the salsa and I will probably try it with about half the chili next time. I used a whole can this time.
Steffie_MarkI always leave out the salsa and use a whole can of chili/no beans. [I posted this recipe.]
