12 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into 12 pieces and softened

16 tablespoons (8 ounces) unsalted butter softened

3-3/4 cups (15 ounces) confectioners' sugar

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

3 tablespoons malted milk powder

16 ounces cream cheese cut into 16 pieces and softened

1/4 cup (1-1/8 ounces) malted milk powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

5 large very ripe bananas (about 1-3/4 pounds) peeled
