Stuffed Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

30 small brussel sprouts

1 package Cream cheese softened

1 tablespoon Whipping cream

1 1/2 teaspoon Horseradish

salt to taste


Directions

1-blanch brussel sprouts three minutes and drain and set aside 2-mix cream cheese mixture with whipping cream and horseraddish and set aside 3-cut each sprout three-fourths of the way through the center and stuff with cream cheese mix 4-sprinkle with salt and refrig 5-let stand at room temp for 30 mins before serving
