1 red chili pepper seeds removed and very finely chopped

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1 cup (8oz) fat-free plain cottage cheese blended until smooth

1 tsp Tabasco sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 up very finely chopped mixed fresh herbs (cilantro mint, and parsley)

Tossed salad to serve
