Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

2 large halved lengthwise

1 pound

1/4 cup chopped

1 clove minced

1/2 cup chopped

4 ounces

2 ounces for topping


Directions

In large pot, bring half a potful of water to a boil. Add peppers and boil 3 minutes. Drain. In small pot, brown sausage, onion, and garlic. Drain. Stir in tomatoes and seasoning. Cook until tomatoes are hot. Remove from heat and stir in 4 ounces of cheese. Put pepper halves in greased 8x8 baking dish and fill with meat mix. Sprinkle extra cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
