Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

1 pkg. (300g) frozen chopped spinach thawed, well drained

1 container (500g) low fat cottage cheese

1 cup kraft part skim mozzarella shredded divided cheese

1 red pepper chopped

1 egg white

1 tsp. Dried oregano leaves

20 Jumbo pasta shells (for stuffing) cooked drained and cooled

1 jar pasta sauce


Directions

Heat oven to 400 F. Mix spinach, cottahe cheese, q/2 cup mozzarella cheese, peppers, egg white and oregano until well bkended, spoon into shells adding about 1 heaping tbsp per shell. Spread 1/2 the sauce on bottom 9x13 dish, arrange shells filled sides up into dish, top with remaining sauce and mozzarellacover with foil bake 30 minutes then remove foil, bake 10 more minutes.
