Combine all ingredients beating well. Let stand 5 minutes so the oats will absorb the moisture. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand 1 minute transfer to wire racks to cool. Everyone so far has loved these. Even kids gobble them up. Oh and for extra flavor you can add cinnamon.
