In large bowl, combine cream cheese, ham spread and ground red pepper; beat until smooth. Add pineapple and onions; mix well. Spoon into serving bowl. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled. Serve with crackers or cocktail pumpernickel rye bread slices.
