Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix the first listing of granulated sugar and cinnamon together. Separate the biscuits and roll them in the cinnamon/sugar mixture, then layer in a bundt pan.
In saucepan, over medium-low heat (you don't want it to burn) combine the last four ingredients together and cook until the mixture melts and starts to bubble. Pour over the biscuits layered in the bundt pan.
Bake 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Tip: After they are done, I find a big enough plate to flip them upside down on, but the drizzle will run off ,too, so make sure you have some room for it.
