Peel carrots with vegetable peeler and cut into 1/4 inch rounds with garnisher. Slice celery into thin slices with 3 inch paring knife. Core peppers an cut into 1 inch pieces with utility knife. Trim broccoli and cut into flowerets. Heat oil in stir fry skillet over medium heat. Stir fry vegetables until tender-crisp; about 5 to 9 minutes. Add cooking sauce. Cover and simmer over low heat until heated through.
