Prepare cake mix according to package in 9X13 pan. Bake 350 for 30 min. Cool.
In saucepan, combine pb chips, 1/4 milk and cream. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cool to room temp.
Place remaining milk in mixing bowl, beat in pudding mixes on low speed for 2 min.
To assemble, crumble half cake into 4 quart trifle bowl. Layer w/ half of pb sauce, pudding, whipped topping and candy bars. Repeat layers.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
