Ingredients

2 lbs Ground beef

5 oz canned green chilis

1 Red bell pepper

6 tbs taco seasoning

20 oz taco sauce

1 package Soft wheat tortillas

16 oz shredded cheese

Directions

Brown ground beef Add green chilis, red pepper, taco seasoning In a greased 9x11 casserole, layer a little taco sauce, 5 tortillas, half of meat mixture, half of remaining taco sauce, and half of cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
