Ingredients

1/4 cup dried minced onion

1/4 cup chili powder

3 tbsp salt

4 tsp Corn starch

1 tbsp dried minced garlic

1 tbsp ground cumin

1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Directions

Mix together and store in air tight container. Yields 6-7 batches. To prepare tacos, add 2 tbsp plus 1/3 to 1/2 cup water to browned beef or cooked chicken.
