Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Boneless sirloin steak

1 10.75-oz can beef broth

1/4 c Soy sauce

1/4 c Green onions diagonally sliced

1 lg Garlic minced

1 tb Brown sugar

1/4 ts Ground ginger

Rice cooked


Directions

Freeze meat 1 hour to firm (makes slicing easier); slice into very thin strips. Combine remaining ingredients except rice; pour over steak. Marinate 2 hours. Thread meat on 4 skewers. Broil about 4 inches from heat until desired doneness (5-10 minutes), brushing with marinade and turning once. Heat remaining marinade; thicken if desired. Serve with meat and rice. Makes 4 servings. Unsure of one of the ingredients, 1/4 cup diagonally sliced green ????? My wife and I both figured it may have been onions so thats what we used. We both liked it and I will likely make it again.
