Heat Wok or Large Skillet over medium high heat. Add Sirloin salted and peppered and begin to brown. Immediately add Cabbage and 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Stir until cabbage has reduced by about half. Add Onions remainder of soy sauce and juice of 1/2 of the lemon. Stir another 1-2 minutes . Add garlic powder, crushed red pepper, stir until well mixed and let cook another 5 minutes stiring frequently. Drain off any excess fluid, toss in fresh Cilatro leaves and serve with Sriracha and other half of lemon juice. This dish is also VERY good served cold. I love to make it at night for lunch the next day.
