Ingredients

2-3 Heads Romaine Hearts shredded

1-2 cups Tri-colored cabbage shredded

1 Cucumber julienned

1/4 cup Marinated Roasted Red Pepper Strips chopped

1-2 cups Cooked Edamame (shelled)

1/4 cup Cashews crushed

2-4 Breasts Chicken Sauteed in Seasame Ginger Dressing

Newman's Low-fat Seasame Ginger Dressing

House of Tsang Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce

Crispy Wonton Strips


Directions

Combine romain, cabbage, cucumber, red pepper, edamame. Toss with small amount of Sesame Ginger dressing --just enough to coat. Add crushed cashews and sliced chicken. Top with peanut sauce and wonton strips.
