1 carrot, julienned

1 cup red cabbage thinly sliced

1-2 avocados, sliced

1/4 lb crimini mushrooms sliced

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 sweet onion sliced

1/2 cup chickpea flour or cornmeal

1/8-1/4 cup water (as needed to make a thick batter)

1 Tbsp neutral oil
