Three Cheese Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup flour

3 cups chicken stock

1 cup milk

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1 container imperial cheese

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

4 cups cooked macaroni

1/2 cups cornflake crumbs

1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded


Directions

White Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, add flour. Whisk for 5 min on medium high heat. Add chicken stock, milk, mustard, salt and pepper, dijon. Cook until thickened. Add Imperial cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted. Add sauce to cooked macaroni. Place in 9 x 9 casserole dish and sprinkle with cornflake crumbs and parmesan. Bake for 20 min @ 350 F.
